Harrow in Leaf 2017

Harrow Beekeepers' Association is a registered charity. Its stated activities include “promoting the craft and heritage of beekeeping by educating the public” and “encouraging an understanding of the benefits of our craft and the role of bees in the environment”. One of the key ways of engaging the wider public, and fulfilling the charitable role, is through the Harrow in Leaf show.

Like last year, the Harrow in Leaf show will take place on the afternoon of the bank holiday Monday, which this year falls on 28 August 2017. It will commence at 12pm and finish at 5pm.

The show is an integral feature of the Harrow Beekeepers' Association, and the single largest event which we organise. It requires a lot of work and is only possible with the help of members such as yourself.

Please do consider entering - there are over 30 different categories, encompassing everything from honey and candles to cake, soap and photography. There really is something for everyone (including your non-beekeeping friends and family!):

The honey classes are also available to download from  http://harrowinleaf.org.uk/annualshow/show_beekeepers.html

The entry form is available to download from  http://harrowinleaf.org.uk/annualshow/download/2017_entry_form.pdf

All entries to be in by Tues 22nd August 2017, late entries are accepted up until Friday 25th August 2017 but will NOT be accepted after Friday 25th.

If you have any queries about the show or would be able to help by volunteering please get in touch with Sarah sarahjamesmollie@gmail.com
